World Premiere: The Industry’s First EP1000 Turbine Vacuum Pump

On December 29, NASH China's grand year-end event of 2025—the themed series "NASH Centennial Craftsmanship, Innovation-Driven Future"—concluded successfully. At the event site, the industry's first 1000KW high-voltage permanent magnet direct-drive EP1000 turbine vacuum pump made its world debut and rolled off the production line with great fanfare. Leaders from government departments and industry associations including Zibo Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Boshan District Government, China General Machinery Industry Association, China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, China Paper Association, and China Association of Environmental Protection Industry; relevant heads of Ingersoll Rand Asia Pacific; representatives of industry clients, design institutes, and partners from across the country; as well as media representatives such as China Pulp & Paper Media, gathered together to witness this historic moment and explore new opportunities for the green-intelligent integrated development of the industrial vacuum and gas transmission sector.

The core highlight of this event was the official roll-off and successful delivery of the EP1000 turbine vacuum pump—the world's first and industry-leading 1000KW high-voltage permanent magnet direct-drive model. As a tailored upgraded product developed by NASH China in response to the industry's green transformation needs, this pump fills the technical gap in the sector with its pioneering core advantages of "high-voltage permanent magnet technology and full-range high efficiency". By deeply integrating green energy-saving and intelligent control technologies, it delivers remarkable energy and water conservation results in application scenarios such as vacuum dehydration and evacuation, injecting strong impetus into the upgrading of industry equipment. Especially suitable for high-load vacuum operation scenarios in papermaking, general machinery, petrochemical, and energy industries, it provides robust equipment upgrade support for the industry's energy conservation, carbon reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement efforts.

In his speech, Li Yongyang, Vice President of Ingersoll Rand ITS Asia Pacific & Chairman of NASH China, stated: "Today, we proudly launch the EP1000 turbine vacuum pump—the world's first and industry-leading 1000KW high-voltage permanent magnet direct-drive model. The roll-off of this product reflects the in-depth integration of Ingersoll Rand's global R&D platform and its Asia Pacific local R&D platform, as well as NASH China's close collaboration with governments, industry associations, and corporate users in the industrialization of new products. Going forward, NASH will continue to take technological innovation as its core driving force, deepen the R&D and application of green-intelligent technologies, join hands with industry partners, focus on technological innovation, and drive the green, intelligent, and integrated development of the industry."

As the first user of the EP1000 turbine vacuum pump, Liu Ling, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Renfeng Special Materials Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the delivery ceremony and delivered a speech as a customer representative. She said: "Renfeng Special Materials has been deeply engaged in the high-end papermaking and special materials sector for many years, maintaining high standards for product quality and production equipment. Meanwhile, energy conservation and efficiency improvement are key to achieving green and sustainable development. Driven by these needs, we established a partnership with NASH China and have become mutually trusted collaborators." Ms. Liu highly recognized the globally launched EP1000 turbine vacuum pump, noting that it is highly aligned with the current development trend of green transformation and intelligent upgrading in the papermaking industry. Its outstanding performance in energy conservation, intelligence, and space-saving design precisely meets the core needs of special materials production processes.

The successful holding of this global launch event not only demonstrates NASH China's strong technological prowess in the green-intelligent technology field but also builds a high-quality platform for industry exchange and cooperation. It will inject powerful momentum into the energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation of the industrial sector and drive China's vacuum and gas transmission industry into a new stage of green-intelligent integrated development.
